Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may request to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment within a reasonable period, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, include photographs of the item and packaging to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
