📦 Accepted Items

  • We accept preloved baby & toddler clothing in good condition.
  • We cover shipping via RAM Courier. We will collect from you — minimum 30 items.
  • Items must be clean, free of stains, tears, or strong odours.
  • All items are assessed before being listed in our store.
  • We accept sizes from newborn up to 5 years.

Brands we do NOT accept: PEP, Cuddlesome, JET, Pick n Pay clothing.

Processing time: Please allow 2–4 weeks from submission to collection.

All stock goes through a thorough assessment process before being listed.

Terms & Conditions

Bundle Submissions

  • By submitting this form you agree that My Thrifty Baba will assess your bundle and determine which items are suitable for resale.
  • Items that do not meet our quality standards will be returned or donated to charity (based on your preference).
  • Items that do not meet our quality standards and that are not donated to charity can be returned to you. The courier cost will be for your account. Once informed that items do not meet our standards, please arrange with your courier to collect from our offices. The same terms will apply if our offer to purchase is not accepted by you.
  • We will contact you within 2–4 weeks of submission to arrange collection.
  • Collection is via RAM Courier. A minimum of 30 items is required per bundle.
  • We do not accept items from the following brands: PEP, Cuddlesome, JET, Pick n Pay.
  • Payment for accepted items will be processed after the bundle has been assessed and listed in our store.
  • My Thrifty Baba reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet our quality criteria.
  • All personal information is kept confidential and used only for bundle processing purposes.
