Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Thrifty Baba (Pty) Ltd. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and at an affordable cost.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, although processing times may vary during busy periods, promotional events or public holidays.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We currently use RAM as our preferred delivery partner.

Available delivery options include:
• Door-to-door delivery.

Delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days after payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

Current shipping offers:
• Minimum order value: R450.
• Free door to door shipping on qualifying orders over R700.

Bundle My Order

Customers may choose the Bundle My Order option during checkout.

Multiple purchases may be combined until the free shipping threshold has been reached.

Bundle My Order remains active for up to three (3) months from the date of the first purchase.

After three months the bundled order may be shipped at the customer's expense or the reserved items may be returned to stock if shipping arrangements have not been made.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier operations or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, notify us promptly and provide photographs where possible.
